These eyes are featured in a video that is no longer available, 'Mama' by Phil Collins & Genesis. In that video there is also a brief scene of a woman's face with the number 23 painted on it, in front of a clock face showing the time of 11.23 (which if PM would be 23:23 I have pics of these things if you are interested.
